- Design and develop electrical systems for advanced engineering applications
- Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring layouts, and harness designs
- Develop and maintain 3D electrical models and associated engineering documentation
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical design data
- Ensure designs comply with customer requirements, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage engineering information within Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Conduct concept evaluations, design reviews, and technical assessments
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and multidisciplinary engineering departments
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Electrical Design Engineering
- Strong experience in electrical system design and integration
- Experience developing electrical schematics, wiring systems, and harness designs
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software; Siemens NX experience will be advantageous
- Experience with electrical schematic design software such as Mentor Graphics Vesys will be advantageous
- Experience working with Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Strong understanding of electrical components and system integration principles
Qualification
- BEng or BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
