Senior Developer

Introduction

Our client is looking for a Senior Developer position based in Johannesburg. The role is responsible for developing and supporting web and mobile development, system integration and management systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Development

• Mobile development

• Web development

• Integration development

• Windows forms development

• Develop and maintains programs according to requirements

• Develop and supports databases where required

• Develops Process flows and technical specifications

• Communicates with clients and service providers to establish technical requirements and provide feedback on progress internally and externally

Analysis and design

• Develops the Process map in conjunction with the Business Operations to minimise the impact of implementations

Customer and operations support

• Develops and implements new and ad hoc requirements from customers implements within an acceptable period

• Interacts with users on a continual basis to establish new requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifiactions

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.

• 6 years’ plus development experience

Related Work Experience And Skills

• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills

• Microsoft Visual Studio development

• Microsoft DevOps (TFS)

• Excellent Knowledge of C#.

• Web development (MVC / Blazer / Javascript)

• Mobile development (Xamarin / Maui)

• Windows Forms (Infragistics knowledge nice to have)

• Web Services

• Restfull API’s

• Windows Services

• Databases (MS SQL databases)

• TSQL Experience

• Microsoft SSRS

• Test Driven Development

• Microsoft Azure (Nice to have)
