• 8-10 years experience in deal assessment and closing of transactions • Competent in Marketing, Technical, and Financial aspects • Transaction leadership for complex deals • Peer review experience • Interpretation and analysis of financial statements • Understand and review proposed financial structures Qualifications: Relevant Commercial (CA) or Technical Honours degree
Skills Required: 8-10 years experience of which 8 years in deal assessment and closing of transactions. Competency in Marketing, Technical, and Financial areas Knowledge in assessing all associated issues in a transaction (legal, risk, etc.) Transaction leadership (Complex deals) Knowledge of the market environment and technology landscape Peer review Financial statement analysis and interpretation Knowledge of financing instruments Financial structure review
