Must hold a Bachelor of Science Degree, Bachelor of Technology Degree, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
Must be professionally registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager or Professional Construction Project Manager.
OR
Must be professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer, Professional Engineering Technologist, or Professional Engineering Technician.
Must have at least 10 years of experience within the civil engineering construction industry.
Must have demonstrable experience managing contracts on infrastructure projects.
Must possess a comprehensive working knowledge of the GCC Conditions of Contract.
Must have proven expertise in contract administration.
Must have solid experience managing contractual claims.
Must have proven experience preparing, assessing, and managing Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Must be proficient in CCS Candy and/or BuildSmart software.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
