- The Senior Contracts & Leads Administrator will be responsible to facilitate and provide a wide range of administration, analyses and reporting duties with regards the consolidation and finalisation of SVC sale contracts; the purchasing of sales stock, the updating of the contracts system and the resolution of queries across the process to ensure the seamless implementation and consistent delivery of services provided by the Sun Vacation Club to all clients and stakeholders, in line with Company procedures and with the aim of creating great memories for our guests and stakeholders.

- IFS Purchase requisitions
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12/ Matric
- 2-Year Diploma in Finance or Business Administration
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years administration experience working with contracts or accounts
- Previous experience in and knowledge of Timeshare is essential
