Detail: Requirements: Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or similarly operational environment. Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. Experience mapping and improving business processes. Exposure to ERP implementations, migrations, enhancements, or enterprise system projects. Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities. Strong business analysis and requirements management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong documentation and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. FMCG manufacturing experience is advantageous. Dairy, food, or beverage industry exposure is advantageous. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, WMS, TMS, Power BI, process automation, systems integration, data migration, or digital transformation is advantageous. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous. A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport are essential. Willingness and ability to travel between manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centres, and business offices as required. Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements. Develop and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps, Business Rules, Use Cases, and Reporting Requirements. Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. Ensure traceability between business requirements, solution design, testing, and delivery. Analyse, document, and improve business processes across the organisation. Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation. Recommend practical business improvements that drive operational efficiency and business value. Support ERP implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimisation initiatives. Work closely with implementation partners, service providers, and internal ICT teams. Support supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, warehousing, distribution, logistics, inventory management, sales, and customer service initiatives. Gather and document reporting requirements and support business intelligence and reporting initiatives. Document integrations, interfaces, business rules, and data flows between systems. Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities where required. Develop and support test scenarios and test scripts. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Track and assist in resolving defects and issues identified during testing. Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Support user adoption and benefits realisation initiatives. Support multiple business and ICT initiatives simultaneously. Assist with project planning, risk identification, and issue management. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly and effectively. Work with external vendors and implementation partners where required. Provide clear and professional progress reporting.
