This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative setting and enjoys owning solutions from concept through to implementation. Reporting directly to the CIO, you'll be the critical link between business needs and technical delivery — leading integration projects, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving implementation across the group's systems landscape. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and specialist technical resources, taking full ownership of projects from requirements gathering through to go-live and beyond. Detail: What you'll be doing: Designing end-to-end integration solutions and business processes Leading the delivery of technical solutions, including coordinating developers and other specialist resources Compiling BRDs and translating business requirements into technical specifications Acting as a functional expert on group systems and the escalation point for issues the support desk can't resolve — determining whether the root cause is technical, process, user-related, or vendor-related, and ensuring the right party takes ownership through to resolution Facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Analysing and redesigning business and system processes to identify optimisation opportunities Acting as a functional expert on group systems and supporting incident resolution Preparing and presenting solution proposals professionally Maintaining regular reporting to the CIO and key stakeholders Building strong business relationships to identify further opportunities What you'll need: 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager Solid experience working with REST APIs and system integrations — exposure to platforms such as Salesforce would be advantageous, but experience on any similar platform is welcome Strong business process modelling and design experience A B.Com or similar qualification would be highly advantageous Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A genuinely self-managed, driven approach — you'll be given training on internal systems and platforms, but need to be quick to learn and comfortable figuring things out An innovative mindset with the confidence to challenge the norm Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected Knowledge of AI tools and how/where they can be applied in a business analysis or solutions context Nice to have: Exposure to accounting principles and terminology If you're a self-starter who enjoys variety, ownership, and solving real business problems through technology, we'd love to hear from you. show more...
