Duties & Responsibilities
•Defining and optimising credit systems, business rules, integrations, and lending platforms.
•Designing seamless customer journeys that balance user experience, compliance, and commercial objectives.
•Creating efficient, scalable credit processes, operating models, workflows, and controls.
•Collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Operations.
•Translating complex business requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Have significant Business Analysis experience within credit, lending, banking, or financial services
Understand the interaction between systems, processes, customer experience, and risk
Have experience designing, building, or enhancing lending capabilities
Can confidently engage with stakeholders from operational teams through to executive leadership
Are analytical thinkers who challenge assumptions and drive meaningful improvements
Thrive in environments where they can influence strategy and deliver tangible business value
Package & Remuneration
R1 - R1.35 Mil per annum
