Start free — we apply for you →- We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within a retail environment. The role will focus on understanding current business processes, defining future-state requirements and supporting process and solution design across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and process analysis across complex transformation initiatives.
- Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Map As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support business architecture and process design across the S/4HANA programme.
- Facilitate workshops with business, finance, SAP and technology stakeholders.
- Maintain process models and documentation using ARIS.
- Support testing, requirements traceability, process validation and implementation activities.
- Work closely with functional SAP teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in the solution.
Key Requirements
- Strong, hands-on Business Analysis experience within large transformation programmes.
- Previous SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation exposure.
- Strong process analysis, process design and business architecture capability.
- Hands-on experience with ARIS.
- Good understanding of Finance processes within a retail environment.
- Experience working across complex, enterprise-scale programmes and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ideal Profile
- A senior BA who can operate between business, process and SAP delivery teams, with strong retail/finance knowledge and the ability to independently drive requirements and process design.
