3 year FTC Position
Product Information
The Retail Sales Services is the product a dealer/agent/NSC performs vehicle sales (new and used) with. The applications within the Retail Sales Services are used to: configure (all brands), create/manage offers, create/manage contract, create sales documents, handover products to ordering, perform stock search, perform intl. direct sales

Extensive experience in business architecture / processes and business analysis
Proficiency in business process modelling and optimization
Experience with strategic planning and execution

Ability to lead and mentor teams
Knowledge of IT Governance and Compliance
Working experience with Agile Methodologies and Practices
Advantageous Skills
Experience the Automotive Industry
Experience with Sales Processes / Models ie: Direct Sales & Wholesale
Experience with digital transformation projects.
Experience in change management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with databases, cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
Experience with Manual / Functional Testing.
Role and Responsibilities
Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives.
Requirements management, communication and organisation.
Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers.
Preparation/ updating of other relevant documentation.
Identify and assess business risks and opportunities.
Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture.
Assisting with the business case, where required.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects.
10+ years’ experience in this field
