Are you an experienced Business Analyst, Project Manager or Technology Consultant

with a strong understanding of the investment or wealth management industry?

We are looking for a senior professional to join a business delivering complex technology

transformation, platform implementation and system migration projects across the

investment and wealth management sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of

business, investments and technology and can take projects from initial requirements

and process analysis through solution design, implementation and successful delivery.

with senior stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and specialist

software vendors to deliver significant change across investment platforms and operating

environments.

Your responsibilities will include

● Leading business and process analysis, including As-Is and To-Be processes

● Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

● Translating business requirements into practical technology solutions

● Managing complex system implementations, migrations and platform

replacement projects

● Working closely with developers, technology teams and external vendors

● Supporting RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection and solution evaluation

● Managing data migration, remediation and system integration activities

● Coordinating testing, UAT, implementation and user training

● Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies

● Presenting project progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders and

Steering Committees

● Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, controls and operating

models

The target profile reflects experience across the full technology-change lifecycle, from

requirements and RFP/vendor selection through solution design, implementation, testing and

project delivery.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What we're looking for

You are likely to have worked as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager,

Programme Manager, Implementation Consultant, Management Consultant or

Investment Technology Consultant.

Most importantly, you will bring strong experience within

Investment Management | Asset Management | Wealth Management | Investment

Administration | Fund Administration | Investment Platforms

Exposure to areas such as unit pricing/unitisation, portfolio administration, LISP

platforms, investment operations, fund administration, reconciliations, data migration

and front-to-back investment processing would be particularly valuable.

The profile we're targeting combines significant investment-domain knowledge with

hands-on technology delivery, including working with both clients and software vendors.

Technology exposure

Experience with investment technology platforms such as Fundamental Software, Bravura

Sonata, Charles River/CRIMS, Digiata, Bloomberg, pControl, StatPro/Infovest, or

comparable systems would be advantageous.

Experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Visio or MS Project would also be

beneficial.

You don't need experience with every system listed — we're more interested in your

understanding of investment-management technology and your track record of

delivering complex change.
