Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and initiatives.

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, and solution design sessions.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Support project delivery, testing, user acceptance, training, and change management activities.

• Drive continuous improvement through the use of emerging technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Analyse existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and business performance.

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Relevant Business Analysis certifications will be advantageous.

• 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology projects.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
