Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile Integration Programme within the Technology and Innovation function, working closely with stakeholders across multiple regions and business areas.
  • The role will focus on Microsoft 365 integration and broader enterprise migration initiatives. The successful person will lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions enhance governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Working across business, technology, and risk functions, you will translate complex requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value and support effective decision-making.
  • Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and programme delivery functions, you will conduct current-state and future-state assessments, identify process and governance gaps, support data reconciliation activities, and help ensure solutions remain compliant, auditable, and aligned with organisational standards. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across varying levels of seniority are essential.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end requirements definition and documentation across business and technical workstreams.
  • Conduct current-state and target end-state process analysis, identifying gaps, optimisation opportunities, and control weaknesses.
  • Translate business, compliance, and security needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to validate solution designs against business and compliance requirements.
  • Define and document user journeys, workflows, and data models to support business process and system design.
  • Support testing and validation, including functional testing, UAT, and controls verification aligned with internal audit and risk frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions, pilot activities, and data handling align with IT governance, information security policy, and regulatory obligations GDPR.
  • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures for new and enhanced processes
  • Contribute to roadmap development and continuous improvement of business and technology frameworks.
  • Perform data reconciliation across systems and sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.
  • Provide process, stakeholder, and impact analysis to support the Change Manager in assessing and communicating the impact of change.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, and delivery teams to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Assess data and process risks against governance and control frameworks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Capture lessons learned and define exit criteria to support the transition from pilot to broader rollout.

Your Expertise

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience across technology-led change initiatives.
  • Experience in complex business integrations/ mergers across multiple jurisdictions and geographies, with a track record of managing stakeholders across regions
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or enhancing business processes in large, complex corporates
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and audit standards governing data protection and compliance.
  • Experience in systems integrations and identity and access management IAM governance is required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA advantageous.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business analysis expertise across complex technology and business process environments.
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks.
  • Experience with system integrations
  • Working knowledge of IAM governance and directory technologies e.g., AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to interpret and map complex business processes and requirements, including data reconciliation across systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business, risk, and technical audiences.
  • Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks using tools
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment among senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Self-starter with high levels of motivation, able to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
