Financial Services Group requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and drive business transformation by bridging the gap between business and technology.
Job Description
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
- Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements.
- Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and project risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Business Analysis Certification advantageous
- Min 6 yrs Business Analysis experience within large, complex organisations.
- Proven success delivering large, high-risk projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience analysing business processes and recommending solutions.
