Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

• Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, UX designers, and development teams to gather and define requirements

• Translating business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and solution requirements

• Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences

• Developing business cases and supporting strategic initiatives

• Managing and refining product backlogs and delivery roadmaps

• Facilitating communication between business and technical teams

• Supporting solution design and ensuring successful project delivery

• Contributing to UX improvements and customer-centric product enhancements

• Producing and maintaining high-quality business and technical documentation

• Working within Agile teams to deliver innovative, scalable digital solutions

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within web, e-commerce, digital, or technology-focused environments

• Strong business analysis and systems analysis experience

• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements

• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to query and analyse data sources

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Loom, and Google Workspace

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, databases, and web technologies

• Knowledge of UX principles and web accessibility standards

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Qualification

• Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with consumer-facing organisations
