- An established and growing technology-focused organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team in Umhlanga. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on improving business performance through process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, automation, and emerging technologies
- Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy by analysing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive operational excellence
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse and optimise business processes across multiple departments
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
- Drive automation initiatives and support digital transformation projects
- Develop business cases, dashboards, reports and performance metrics
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define solutions
- Collaborate with executive, commercial and technical teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, business intelligence and advanced technologies to improve business performance
- Strengthen data governance, reporting accuracy and business insights
- Support change management, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business improvement role
- Proven experience in business process optimisation and process mapping
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with automation, data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Exposure to ERP, CRM and cloud-based platforms Azure or AWS advantageous
- Experience working across multiple business functions
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
- Experience within the ICT or Telecommunications industry will be advantageous
