supporting MIFA's digital transformation initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, optimising business processes, and facilitating the delivery of fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, with at least 2 years' experience in a financial services, retirement fund or similarly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process maps.
- Proven experience managing requirements through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through UAT and implementation.
- Experience in digital transformation, business process optimisation and/or large-scale system implementation projects.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology environments.
- Agile/Scrum certification such as PSPO, CSM or equivalent will be an advantage.
