Are you a Senior BI Developer who loves turning complex data into powerful business solutions?

We’re looking for experienced Senior BI Developers to join a growing team and take ownership of the Full Development Lifecycle (FDLC)  from understanding business requirements and wrangling data to designing, building, deploying and maintaining enterprise BI solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

• SQL Server & Advanced T-SQL

• SSIS & SQL Server Agent

• Azure Data Factory

• Azure Synapse Analytics

• SSAS & Dimensional Modelling

• Power BI & DAX

• Azure DevOps & Git

• REST APIs, JSON, XML & SFTP

• Data Warehousing & Kimball Star Schema

• ETL / ELT & Data Pipelines

• Microsoft Fabric – advantageous

RequirementsWE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be a strong fit if you have

• 10+ years’ production experience in data analysis, wrangling and BI development

• 10+ years’ experience building data warehouses and dimensional models

• Strong expertise in Kimball Star Schema methodology

• Extensive experience with SQL Server and advanced T-SQL

• Strong Power BI, DAX and SSAS capabilities

• Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines

• Experience working with diverse data sources including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SharePoint and SQL-based systems

• Understanding of Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Lineage and Data Quality

• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps and Git

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• A passion for mentoring, coaching and developing others
