• Lead the implementation and improvement of requirements management practices across engineering projects. • Establish and maintain requirement traceability from concept through verification and validation. • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and related DevOps tooling. • Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Configure and manage development infrastructure, user authentication systems, and deployment environments. • Design dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor engineering performance and project metrics. • Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerized environments. • Maintain legacy development tools and facilitate migration to modern platforms. • Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices. Qualifications
• BEng Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. • Honours or Master's degree advantageous. Experience & Technical Skills
- 8-10+ years in software, systems, or product development environments.
- Strong experience in Requirements Management and DevOps.
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated industries highly advantageous.
