- Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture MArch or a Master's Degree in Architectural Technology MTech.
- Must be registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession SACAP.
- Must have 8–10 years' experience within the architectural industry, including 2–3 years' experience in a management, leadership, or team lead role.
- Must have a proven track record and working knowledge within the Hospitality Design industry.
- Must have strong technical design, construction documentation, and architectural detailing knowledge.
- Must be proficient in Autodesk BIM software.
- Must have strong project coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Project Management experience will be advantageous.
- Must be a South African Citizen or hold a valid South African work permit.
- Must have a valid passport.
