- Must have a Bachelor of Architectural Studies Honours, Bachelor of Technology Degree, or National Diploma in Architectural Technology.
- Must have 5–10 years' post-qualification experience within the architectural industry.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Revit.
- Must have proven BIM experience and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have strong technical resolution skills, conceptual design capability, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a passion for experiential design and innovative architectural solutions.
- Must have site experience.
- Must have a valid passport.
