- Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture MArch or a Master's Degree in Architectural Technology MTech.
- Must have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience within the architectural industry.
- Must have project lead experience.
- Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have experience within the hospitality industry, including site experience and project delivery exposure.
- Must have a valid passport.
