This is an exceptional opportunity for a financially astute professional who is passionate about financial modelling, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. You'll play a key role in supporting the funding and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies, corporate finance strategies, and commercial transactions. Detail: Key Responsibilities Design, build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support project finance, corporate finance and M&A activities. Lead financial modelling workstreams and present model outputs to key stakeholders. Analyse complex financial data, cash flows and project assumptions to support strategic decision-making. Review and validate financial models, ensuring accuracy, integrity and commercial viability. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment, acquisition and funding opportunities. Support tender submissions, project development, financial close activities and capital-raising initiatives. Contribute to commercial negotiations by identifying financial risks, opportunities and efficiencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across finance, commercial and project development functions. Prepare clear financial reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. 2–4 years' experience in financial modelling . Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation principles and corporate finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Experience within the renewable energy or broader energy sector will be advantageous. Knowledge of VBA will be beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
