Start free — we apply for you →Qualifications • Proven track record owning production systems end to end, including on-call and incident response. • Experience designing and operating distributed, event-driven architectures in production. • Deep practical experience with at least one major cloud provider and enterprise integrations (ERPs, CRMs, data platforms). • Demonstrated experience building and evaluating non-deterministic AI/agent systems in production, including RAG and multi-agent orchestration. • Client-facing experience advising technical leadership and running discovery and solution workshops. • Strong engineering judgment: able to translate business goals into secure, maintainable architectures and to defend technical choices with evidence. • Experience defining governance, audit and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems. • Excellent mentoring, communication and leadership skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
