We're looking for Mid–Senior Agentic Software Engineers to join a next-generation digital transformation programme, where traditional software development meets AI-powered, agentic engineering.

This is an opportunity to help redefine how enterprise software gets designed, built, tested and delivered.

You’ll bring your strong software engineering foundations and combine them with AI development agents, intelligent workflows and human engineering judgement to deliver secure, scalable and production-ready solutions at speed.

THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT WRITING CODE You'll work with AI as your engineering partner.

You'll use tools such as enterprise AI platforms, GitHub Copilot and Claude to:

• Direct AI agents to build real software

• Turn user stories, Figma designs and business rules into working solutions

• Create and refine prompts, AI Skills and instruction files

• Review and challenge AI-generated code

• Identify security, performance and architectural risks

• Build reusable AI-enabled engineering workflows

• Continuously improve how AI contributes to software delivery

The AI writes code. You provide the engineering judgement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE BUILDING This is full-stack, end-to-end engineering.

You could find yourself working across

• Frontend applications

• Mobile and cross-platform experiences

• APIs and integrations

• Cloud-native platforms

• Data and persistence layers

The technology landscape will evolve, so we're looking for engineers who can learn fast, adapt quickly and aren't tied to a single framework or language.

AI-NATIVE You know how to use AI to dramatically increase your productivity — without outsourcing your engineering judgement.

CURIOUS You enjoy experimenting with new tools, frameworks and ways of building software.

FRAMEWORK-AGNOSTIC React Native today? Flutter tomorrow? .NET MAUI next? You can adapt.

CONSTRUCTIVELY SCEPTICAL AI-generated code isn't automatically good code. You know how to question it, test it and improve it.

SYSTEMS-THINKING You understand how individual components fit into larger, complex enterprise systems.

QUALITY-OBSESSED Security, scalability, performance, testing and maintainability aren't optional extras.

CONTINUOUSLY LEARNING You're excited about where software engineering is heading — and want to help shape it.

RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong foundations and a clear trajectory toward senior-level capability.

You'll ideally have

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience

• Experience delivering complex enterprise applications

• Frontend, backend, API and cloud experience

• Understanding of distributed systems and modern application architecture

• Strong software design and engineering principles

• Commercial mobile/cross-platform development experience

• React Native and/or Flutter experience highly advantageous

• Experience with .NET MAUI, Swift, Kotlin or Ionic advantageous

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools

• Exposure to AI agents, prompts, instruction files or AI engineering workflows

• The ability to recognise when AI-generated code is incorrect, insecure or poorly designed

ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE STILL MATTERS AI may accelerate development — but engineering standards don't change.

You'll be expected to understand and apply
