Duties & Responsibilities
Our client is a global independent provider of corporate, private client, retirement planning, insurance and tax services, managing over 20,000 client structures and administering assets in excess of US$20 billion across 23 offices worldwide. Our client needs a Senior Administrator based in South Africa to support the wealth advisory function based in Gibraltar, and ensure adherence to service level agreements through meticulous client management, documentation and CRM system expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Process withdrawals, dealing instructions and onboarding documents; chase outstanding items and manage follow-up reminders.
- Maintain the Wealth Craft CRM system as a super user and manage adviser calendars and action points for client reviews and meetings.
- Support client onboarding: collate KYC and AML information, complete risk assessments, identify trigger events and liaise with compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports for corporate clients and quarterly GICS reports; manage inbox and handle administrative cover during leave and study.
- Assist wealth advisers with account opening on investment platforms, new business collateral, suitability reports and investment advisory agreements.
- Identify risks associated with client transactions and communicate with clients where required to meet SLA obligations.
Requirements
- Computer literate; ability to learn and master CRM systems such as Wealth Craft.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort making client phone calls.
- Ability to work independently and within a team; prioritise tasks, set own deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
- Attentive to detail; able to identify risks in client transactions and documentation.
- Willingness to study for investment qualifications.
- AML/KYC compliance awareness and experience with onboarding processes.
