SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – ASSET RISK MANAGEMENT

Our client, a well-established financial services and insurance organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Asset Risk Management team in Centurion. This is an opportunity for a confident and organised insurance professional with strong commercial short-term insurance experience who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative requirements within the Asset Risk Management function.

• Prepare documentation and summaries for new business .

• Manage policy renewals and ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Process policy amendments and changes efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide professional service.

• Handle queries and resolve issues effectively.

• Work with urgency and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Work independently without requiring constant supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant full qualification .

• RE qualification .

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial short-term insurance .

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance administration.

• Experience with new business, renewals and amendments .

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English , both written and spoken.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage urgent requests.

• Confident, self-sufficient and proactive approach.
