Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting compliance documents.
- Oversee and mentor a small team of accountants.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting and tax regulations.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- More than 3 years of accounting experience or completed articles.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for client service and a commitment to excellence.
Advantageous
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience with various accounting software packages.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
