Start free — we apply for you →Description:Sell pre-owned vehicles in line with monthly unit and gross profit targets.Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling and database management.Follow up on internet, digital and dealership-generated leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, features, pricing and finance options.Prepare quotations and negotiate sales professionally.Work closely with the F&I Department to facilitate vehicle finance and additional products.Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted timeously.Requirements:Matric / Grade 12.Previous pre-owned vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership is essential.Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales targets.Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong closing ability.Customer-focused approach.Computer literate.Experience with a dealership CRM / DMS will be advantageous.Valid drivers licence.Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
