- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Seed Science, Crop Science, Plant Breeding,
- Horticulture, or related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in agricultural research, seed production, or agronomy.
- Proven experience in managing field trials and analyzing agronomic data.
- Exposure to hybrid seed production operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capability.
- Strong knowledge of seed production systems, crop management, and certification processes.
- Proficiency in research design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical, results-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
