Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and protection of company assets, employees, and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security staff on shift

Conduct regular patrols and inspections

Ensure all security procedures and policies are followed

Handle incidents, investigations, and reporting

Monitor CCTV systems and access control

Train and mentor security officers

Liaise with management and emergency services when required

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Valid PSIRA registration (Grade B or higher preferred)

Minimum 2–5 years security experience, with supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
