We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor who demonstrates leadership excellence, professional integrity, and a strong commitment to ensuring a state of the art security service.
The Security Supervisor will oversee operational security activities . This includes leading a team of security officers, monitoring compliance to safety protocols, and ensuring exceptional client service standards at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily performance of the Security Team
Conduct risk assessments and ensure strict adherence to all security policies and procedures
Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response
Ensure compliance with internal standards, PSIRA regulations, and health & safety policies
Execute regular security audits and coordinate investigations when required
Prepare shift rosters, reports, and escalation briefs for management
Support high-profile client interactions with professionalism and discretion
Conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations for all staff
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in a high-security environment (banking, luxury retail, aviation, or similar)
Security Related Qualification
Strong command of security technology systems & surveillance controls
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Attention to detail with the ability to respond swiftly under pressure
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
