A leading organisation in the security industry is looking for an experienced Security Sales Representative to drive business growth, develop new client relationships and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security industry sales , strong business development skills and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security market.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client visits and presentations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minumum of 1 year proven sales experience within the security industry .
- Experience selling security services, solutions or related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong new business development and cold-calling experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to clients.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
