- Manage and supervise security personnel across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Monitor and oversee CCTV operations.
- Handle disciplinary processes, investigations, and employee performance management.
- Ensure all security operations comply with PSIRA regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate cleaning and gardening staff.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and operational compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade B PSIRA Registration (essential).
- Proven security industry background.
- 5+ years' management experience within the security industry.
- Experience managing security guards, conducting site visits, and handling disciplinary procedures.
- CCTV monitoring and surveillance experience.
- Health & Safety Certificate (essential).
- Fire Fighting Certificate (advantageous).
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Must reside within a 25 km radius of Parktown .
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
