Duties & Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for managing all on-site security operations while ensuring compliance with the client’s safety, security, and operational requirements.

• Oversee and manage all security operations across the mining site.

• Ensure strict compliance with client safety and security standards, procedures, and instructions.

• Supervise, mentor, and maintain discipline among all deployed security personnel.

• Conduct regular vehicle patrols throughout the mining site to ensure security coverage and operational effectiveness.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Maintain effective communication with the client, management, and security teams.

• Identify security risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Ensure all security officers perform their duties professionally and in accordance with our company and client requirements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous experience in a security management role, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

• Ability to prepare clear and professional operational reports.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

• Valid driving license with the ability to conduct vehicle patrols.

• Ability to work independently in a remote mining environment.
