CPA Security Services is seeking an experienced, professional and results-driven Security Manager to join our management team.
With over 30 years of experience in the security industry, CPA Security Services has established a strong reputation for professional guarding, loss control and exceptional client service.
We are looking for a manager capable of taking ownership of a large security operation, leading personnel effectively, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring consistently high operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage day-to-day security operations and personnel * Lead, motivate and develop a large security team * Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and security procedures * Manage and coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies * Conduct site inspections and ensure professional standards are maintained * Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and deployment * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients * Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions * Compile and review operational reports * Ensure effective communication between clients, security officers and management * Assist with investigations and incident management where required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Valid PSIRA Grade A registration essential * Proven experience in a Security Manager or senior security management role * Previous experience managing a large security operation and team * Strong leadership and people-management skills * Excellent communication and client-relations abilities * Good organisational and administrative skills * Computer literate * Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations * Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays * Valid drivers licence and reliable transport would be advantageous
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
Candidates with proven experience managing large-scale security contracts, industrial or commercial sites, retail environments or multi-site operations will be strongly considered.
