Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, visitors, staff, contractors, and the property while delivering a high standard of customer service within a high-rise residential environment.

Minimum Requirements
•	Valid PSIRA Grade C registration (minimum requirement).
•	Grade 12 (Matric).
•	Minimum 2 years' security experience.
•	Clear criminal record.
•	Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
•	Physically fit and professionally presented.
•	Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
•	Control access for residents, visitors, contractors and deliveries.
•	Conduct routine patrols of the property.
•	Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents.
•	Complete security registers and incident reports accurately.
•	Enforce the Conduct Rules 

Salary: Will be in accordance with the applicable PSIRA rates.
