Security Contract Manager

Greys Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a well-established private security organisation based in Durban.  Successful candidate will be responsible for managing security contracts, client relationships and operational service delivery, while ensuring that security teams and sites operate effectively and in accordance with contractual and operational requirements. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security contracts and maintain strong client relationships

• Oversee security officers, supervisors and operational teams

• Manage multiple sites and ensure consistent service delivery

• Monitor operational performance and contractual requirements

• Conduct site visits, inspections and operational reviews

• Address client requirements, operational issues and incidents

• Manage service delivery standards and resolve escalated matters

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant security requirements

• Prepare and review operational reports and performance information

• Support the development and implementation of operational procedures

• Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement and relevant stakeholders

• Lead, motivate and develop security personnel and supervisory teams

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in security contract management

• Previous experience managing security officers, supervisors and operational teams

• Experience managing multiple sites and/or security contracts

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience

• Experience handling operational incidents and client requirements

• Strong understanding of security operations, compliance and service delivery

• PSIRA Grade A

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience within the private security industry is essential

Advantageous

• Experience managing large security contracts

• Experience managing multiple client sites

• Strong knowledge of security risk management and incident investigation

• Experience working with law enforcement and other external stakeholders

• Previous experience in a senior security operations or contract management position
