• Manage and supervise approximately 70 security guards across multiple sites. • Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure appropriate staffing and deployment. • Conduct risk assessments across all sites. • Investigate security, workplace and operational incidents and prepare detailed reports. • Manage staff performance, attendance, conduct and disciplinary matters. • Handle employee grievances and workplace-related issues professionally. • Oversee cleaning staff and ensure sites consistently meet required cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Manage and coordinate Injuries on Duty (IODs), including reporting, documentation and follow-up. • Ensure company policies, procedures and relevant compliance requirements are adhered to. Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B registration
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
