Trafalgar Pretoria Branch is a dynamic and reputable property management company committed to creating vibrant and harmonious living environments within community schemes. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Community Scheme Manager / Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our dedicated team.
MUST HAVE SECTIONAL TITLE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDHE OF THE ACT
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of residential complexes and Homeowners' Associations (HOAs).
- Ensure compliance with the Sectional Title Act and other relevant legislation.
- Facilitate effective communication between property owners, the board of trustees, and service providers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the sustainable development of community schemes.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Mediate and resolve disputes within the community in a fair and efficient manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community scheme management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Sectional Title Act and relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Relevant qualification in property management or related field.
Package & Remuneration
R350,000.00 - R400,000.00 per annum Cost to Company Structure
Liberty Provident Fund : E/E and E/R contribution
