- To take responsibility for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns of the Internal Internet Capability and is also responsible for: data, tech, AI and campaign execution within their stickers in the respective channels.
- This requires cross functional collaboration with several BU's and teams in FRG, for the end-to-end data and campaign flows into and from Internet Capability.

- Join our Digital Marketing and Internet Capability team and help deliver high-impact digital campaigns that drive customer engagement, business growth, and measurable results.
- The Search S pecialist is responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising paid digital campaigns across Google's advertising ecosystem. Working closely with business, analytics, and marketing teams, you'll use data, automation, and AI-driven solutions to maximise campaign
- performance and deliver actionable insights.
Purpose of the Role
- To drive the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns through platform expertise, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring strong business outcomes and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Campaign Management
- Manage and optimise campaigns across: Search; Performance Max; Shopping; Demand Gen; and App Campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
- Apply platform best practices and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Leverage audience targeting, measurement, and automation tools to improve results.
- Experience with Search Ads 360 SA360 is advantageous.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Track key metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and revenue growth.
- Translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and optimisation strategies to stakeholders.
Optimisation & Innovation
- Execute testing strategies, including A/B testing.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with analytics, strategy, creative, and data teams.
- Utilise automation, AI tools, and emerging advertising technologies to enhance performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Google platform developments.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as a paid media subject matter expert.
You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You
- Have a Grade 12
- Preferred qualification is a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Have 3-5 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
- Possess strong experience across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and App campaigns.
- Have managed sizeable media budgets and delivered measurable business results.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can transform complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
- Have strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Have an interest in digital innovation, automation, AI, and emerging marketing technologies.
