- An appropriate trade certificate as bricklayer/mason red seal OR trained construction road maker
- At least four years' relevant experience and training in roads and storm water systems and traffic signal maintenance
- Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
- A valid Code B driving licence
- Physical fitness and health
- Must undergo criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

- Managing the regional operational services and providing technical support
