- Grade 10
- Relevant experience in general building maintenance
- A valid Code B driving licence
- Physical fitness and health with the ability to walk great distances, handle trolleys and carry documentation
- Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost
