- Grade 12
- At least six months' relevant experience in an administration environment
- Computer literacy
- Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions
- Communication and coordination
- Organising meetings
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Preparing quotations and handling invoices for the services rendered
- Handling orders and requisitions and facilitating the delivery of stock items
- Scheduling appointments, events and meetings and as well as taking minutes
- Facilitating contractors' machinery and equipment
- Managing registers, vehicle logbooks and employee time sheets
- Managing time sheets and leave applications
- Recording assets and updating the list monthly
- Organising the occupational health and safeyu file and maintaining it monthly
- Preparing administrative and statistical reports by analysing data and identifying trends
- Creating building maintenance job orders and submitting them to the relevant service providers
- Controlling the depot fleet register and updating it weekly
- Ordering plant materials, irrigation supplies and other consumable stock items
- Receiving customer complaints and issuing job orders to the line managers
