- Conduct market research and report thereon
- Generate leads for learner enrolment
- Coordinate promotional events
- General sales and enrolment management
- Assist in the induction of new learners
- Deployment of marketing materials and ensuring that a consistent approach is maintained, and that the correct and relevant materials are used
- Brand management including the correct use of the school CI
- Support marketing initiatives including securing PR and local media-relations maintained and/or built
- Management of the school's virtual presence: social media and website monitoring and updates in line with approved plans
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
- Marketing or sales-related qualification
- Time management skills
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Communication and influencing skills
- Service orientated
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise work
- Relationship building-/client service-orientated
- Analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
