LLB or 3–year degree in Law (NQF 7). Minimum of 3 - 4 years working experience in a related legal or governance role. Postgraduate qualification in Law and Admission as an Attorney will be an added advantage. Previous experience working with community schemes will be an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) Act & Regulations In-depth understanding of the Sectional Tittles Schemes Management Act 08 of 2011 & its regulations An Understanding of the Companies Act Sectional Tittles Act 95 of 1986; promotion of Administrative Justice Act 03 of 2000 and the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Knowledge of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons, South African Co-operatives Act and Share Block Control Act Knowledge of the Protections of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) Strong understanding of good governance principles Technical Skills: Administrative skills Attention to detail Presentation Skills Proactive and able to work independently Communication skills Customer service skills Analytical skills Drafting skills Clos ing Date: 25 September 2026 People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
