• We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheme Accounts Administrator to join a busy and professional team responsible for managing monthly premium collections, reconciliations, and payments across multiple schemes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing data, solving problems, and ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately.

About the Role

• As a Scheme Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in the administration and reconciliation of monthly scheme premiums and data. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate collection, analysis, reconciliation, and distribution of funds while maintaining high levels of service and compliance with strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and manage monthly premium payments and scheme data.

• Reconcile financial information against banking and internal systems.

• Analyse, format, and validate large volumes of data.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to insurers, brokers, and stakeholders.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide solutions and support.

• Meet monthly deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess

• Intermediate Ms Excel - able to work with formulas and tables.

• Experience working with numbers, finance and data is essential

• Matric is essential, a tertiary qualification (ideally in Admin or Finance) preferred

• 2-3 years work experience within a administrative job
