SATIC: Enterprise Transformation Consultant: Process, TOM & Supply Chain

Summary

• This role supports the delivery of process, operating model and operational transformation activities within complex enterprise programmes. Working as part of multi-disciplinary delivery teams, the role helps organisations improve performance through supply chain optimisation, process excellence, operating model design and broader business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement certification desirable

Experience Required

• 5+ years experience in leading and delivering process mapping, redesign or operating model initiatives.
• Experience driving completion of current-state assessments and developing future-state processes or operating model designs.
• Exposure to one or more of the following areas: supply chain and logistics transformation, operating model design, continuous improvement, process redesign, productivity improvement or target operating model design.
• Experience developing business cases, recommendations and transformation deliverables to support decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience across supply chain functions including planning, procurement, logistics, operations, service delivery or organisational transformation is advantageous.
• Experience leading workstreams or projects within transformation programmes, including planning, coordination, quality assurance and delivery oversight.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Directors, Programme Sponsors and Operational Leaders.

Responsibilities of Role

• Deliver process improvement, operating model and operational transformation activities across complex client engagements.
• Conduct assessments and analysis across supply chain operations, business processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the design of future-state processes, operating models, governance structures and ways of working.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, process maps and transformation deliverables to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions and design activities.
• Produce structured analytical outputs, presentations and visualisation materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support implementation and transition activities to help embed sustainable business change and realise programme benefits.
• Lead transformation workstreams and provide coaching, guidance and oversight to junior team members.
• Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, facilitating senior-level workshops and supporting strategic decision-making throughout programme delivery.
