Summary
- The Commercial Modeller will provide commercial analysis and detailed costing and pricing model support for live opportunities, including new business and extensions. The role works with opportunity teams across Lines of Service to gather costs, validate assumptions and ensure that the data and information feeding cost and price models is accurate, relevant and reliable.
Qualifications
- Certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Economics/Mathematics/Business Science/Commerce or related field.
Experience required
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
- Understanding of PwC costing and Line of Service financial structure.
- Experience using rate cards.
- Pricing expertise is highly desirable.
- Strong financial, business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders in a commercial environment.
Responsibilities of role
- Provide commercial analysis to support managers and directors within the Commercial Excellence Team in decision-making.
- Own the creation and management of detailed costing and pricing models in support of live opportunities, including new business or extensions.
- Work with opportunity teams within the Lines of Service to gather costs and validate assumptions.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy and relevance of data and information feeding cost and price models.
- Contribute to the development of the team by sharing best practice modelling skills and relevant analysis with other team members.
