The SAP Authorisations & GRC Lead is responsible for leading delivery across operational support, projects, solution design and incremental improvement. The role requires deep SAP Authorisations expertise, strong business-process understanding and sufficient SAP GRC knowledge to identify optimisation opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on player-coach role accountable for technical direction, prioritisation, team development and follow-through.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- 7+ years’ relevant SAP Security and Authorisations experience in a large organisation with complex SAP stack.
- Relevant SAP certification and IT qualification, with equivalent demonstrable experience considered.
- Deep hands-on experience in SAP role design, business-role concepts, authorisation troubleshooting and role optimisation.
- Strong understanding of how SAP business processes, job responsibilities, roles, organisational restrictions and segregation-of-duties risks interact.
- Practical understanding of SAP GRC Access Control capabilities and how GRC supports access provisioning, risk analysis, emergency access and business-role governance. GRC configuration experience advantageous.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security, including the relationship between front-end content and back-end authorisations. Exposure to SAP HR authorisations, including structural authorisation concepts.
- Experience operating across production support, project delivery and solution design.
- Experience leading technical resources, prioritising mixed workloads and assuring delivery quality.
- Ability to investigate complex or unfamiliar functionality, identify weaknesses and drive manageable improvements through to completion.
- Ability to communicate technical risks, options and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support analysis, documentation, collaboration and management reporting / presentations.
